Our Clubhouse full service restaurant offers a complete bar and private dining for members and their guests throughout the year. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Clubhouse offers dinner Wednesday through Saturday nights (6:30 pm). For the remainder of the year, it offers dinner Friday and Saturday nights and luncheons/dinners on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chanukah, New Year's Eve, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day). The Clubhouse is a very special part of the Gipsy Trail experience, where members and their guests enjoy special evenings hosted or sponsored by other members (such as Cinco de Mayo, Italian night, French night and Indian night) and the Club Entertainment Committee (such as Member cabaret shows and outside visiting artist performances). Our Chef expertly prepares a wide variety of cuisines for a constantly changing menu featuring locally grown Hudson Valley produce, meats and wild game. Special menus are available for children under 15 years old. Private catering and event planning is also available.
The Clubhouse is equipped with Wi-Fi, HD television, central air conditioning and three large stone fireplaces -- and it has dining seating for over 200 guests.
