Gipsy Trail Club is a rural oasis featuring over 1,000 acres of pristine woodlands, streams, ponds and lakes. With state and county preserves surrounding Club property, the natural landscape extends in several directions for miles. All of this is only one hour from New York City, accessible by car or train.
Activities on campus include tennis, sailing, horseback riding, hiking and trap shooting. Certain activities are geared to adults (e.g., bridge and book club) while others are focused on children (e.g., holiday special events, Kelly camp); but most activities are enjoyed by a wide range of ages with private lessons and special clinics grouping together those with similar skill sets (e.g., sailing, tennis, horseback riding).
Gipsy Trail Club is a social community with special events and activities planned throughout the year and open to all its members. At the Club there is a unique camaraderie. It is a vibrant community of adults and children (from infants to teens) linking together different generations of families and friends on our rustic and active campus. A Clubhouse/restaurant serves the Club's members and is a meeting place for meals and other activities and functions.
